1. Who we are

VEXTIQ SPORTS AI (“Vextiq”, “we”) is a sports data, analytics and membership service operated by Vextiq AI (owner: Alfred Rucker). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. What the service is — and is not

• VEXTIQ SPORTS AI provides sports analytics and informational content only.
• Vextiq does not guarantee winners or financial results.
• Sports outcomes are unpredictable.
• Past model performance does not guarantee future performance.
• Confidence percentages are model confidence and do not guarantee an outcome. The Edge Score comes from Vextiq’s analytical model and does not guarantee a future result.
• Users are responsible for complying with the laws of their jurisdiction.
• Vextiq is not a sportsbook. Vextiq does not accept wagers, take deposits, hold gambling funds, or offer betting of any kind.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to create an account or subscribe. You may not use the service where it is prohibited by law.

4. Memberships and billing

Paid memberships (Vextiq Pro, Vextiq Elite) are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are for access to informational content only and are not wagers, deposits or stakes of any kind. [Refund policy — to be finalized with counsel.]

5. Acceptable use

• No scraping, reselling or redistributing Vextiq content without written permission.
• No sharing of account credentials.
• No use of the service to facilitate illegal gambling.

6. Data and content

Predictions, projections and scores are generated by statistical models from third-party and/or sample data and may contain errors or be delayed. Demo/sample data is labeled as such.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vextiq is not liable for any losses, including any losses arising from decisions you make based on the content. [Jurisdiction-specific language to be added by counsel.]
